Screen Actors Guild Favorites...

The 2011 Screen Actors Guild Awards were held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (January 30) in Los Angeles and just as important as who won is what the stars wore, here are my favorites of the night...

Natalie Portmas was glowing in a chic Azzaro column gown.

Mila Kunis was easily BEST DRESSED of the night in
Alexander McQueen...STUNNING!

I  love how Sofia Vergara embraces all her assets in this
curve hugging Roberto Cavalli creation, love this color.

Biggest Risktaker of the night was Julie Bowen who traded in
the traditional gown for a (gasp) Valention Jumpsuit, I loved that it
stood out from everything else on the red carpet.

Leah Michelle looked classically beautiful in Oscar De La Renta.

Let's be honest, usually the red carpet is all about what the ladies are wearing because how interesting can a suit get? However there were 3 gentlemen who made "the suit" look so good that I just had to give them a bit of the spotlight...Kudos gentlemen.

John Krasinski looking absolutely dashing in head to toe
blue Valentino. He definitely earns my vote for
BEST DRESSED MAN of the evening.

Justin Timberlake looked as handsome as ever in a black
2-button gros grain peak lapel tuxedo, shirt, and black tie
all by Simon Spurr.

Gosh, I love this guy, he's smart, funny, talented and so down
to earth....not to mention handsome.  He looked ever so studly in
GUCCI.  If you haven't seen 127 hours you must, I definitely recommend it!

H & M Online Shopping for U.S......FINALLY!

This morning H&M tweeted that they've "decided to have online shopping in the US at the turn of the year 2011/2012!" Oh my, this is going to be dangerous,  MUST PRACTICE SELF-CONTROL.

Friday Favorites...

FRIDAY is without a doubt my favorite day of the week, with that said I leave you with my favorite images which have inspired me this week...I would like to thank each and every single one of these ladies because they serve as my inspiration to continue to wake up at the ungodly hour of 5am and drive to the gym while it's still pitch dark to RUN, RUN, RUN and train for the 1/2 marathon (post on that coming soon).

Camilla Belle...that face, the hair, THOSE ABS!

Cameron Diaz..love the pop of color paired with nude pumps.

WHITE will definitely be my go to look for Spring.

Olivia Palermo in a stunning white lace
Alexander McQueen dress.

Olivia Palermo...when it comes to fashion
the girl can do no wrong.

Golden Girls...

I love seeing all the young starlets getting all dolled up for the Golden Globes.  The dress, the jewels, the shoes, the hair, I love seeing the final outcome.  Here are my favorites of the evening...

Anne Hathaway is the epitome of sexy and sultry in this low open
                                                                            back Giorgio Armani PrivĂ© gown.

I loved that Mila chose a vibrant green gown to compliment her dark locks.

I'm a huge Modern Family fan, as you can imagine I was thrilled to see Sara Hyland
looking radiant on the red carpet.  I loved that she added a chunky necklace to a
soft and ethereal nude gown.  I think her new bangs complemented her updo perfectly.

Emma Stone was probably one of the biggest curve balls of the night for me.
I loved loved loved the color and simplicity of her Peach Calvin Klein dress.  I
have to say she was my pick for Best Dressed of the night.

New Year, New....

I love the first week of the new year, it's always so full of inspiration and motivation.  I took advantage of my Holiday vacation time and decided to re-vamp and re-organize my closet which I love to do because I always come across articles of clothing I had forgotten about (I'm not proud of this, but I also came across some things with the tags still attached, impulse buy? I think so).  I was especially excited to re-vamp my bedroom and closet because I made specific purchases during the Holiday season for this project i.e. new bedspread and picture frames.  I'm not quite done with the entire process but I thought I would share some of the progress I've made so far.

I found a new way to incorporate my shoes as decor pieces in my bedroom.  I first saw this idea in InStyle Magazine and fell in love with the concept of using wardrobe and fashion accesories as accent pieces throughout my bedroom.

One of my all time favorite color schemes is black and white...it's so reminiscent of Chanel.  I love my new black and white bedspread, there's just something so timeless and classic when you pair black and white together.

I had so much fun trying out and using my my new Con-Air curling iron (best Christmas present ever).  My old one broke the day before Christmas so this was definitely something that I desperately needed.

After a couple hours of rummaging and cleaning through everything I decided to treat myself to a Spa Manicure.  I opted for OPI's Miss O'Leary BBQ, it's one of my all time favorite go-to nail polishes, I love the deep red tones in it.  Of course, nothing goes better with a Spa Manicure than an Iced Americano.
