It's the most wonderful time of the year . . .

My most favorite holiday is Halloween! I think that Seinfeld put it perfectly when he said ... "So the first time you hear the concept of Halloween when you're a kid your brain can't even process the information. Who's giving out candy? Everyone that we know is just giving out free candy? Are you kidding me?
When is this happening?"

My favorite part of Halloween costumes is the makeup. I love, love, love experimenting
with different looks and adding a bit of edge to my costume. Here are some looks I'm loving . . .
The Sugar Skull look has been extremely popular for the last couple of years. I love this take on it.
Princess Jasmine, such a gorgeous look. Those eyes!!!
This look is so unique. It's edgy yet pretty at the same time.
The always classic Audrey Hepuburn. Makeup artist Lisa Eldridge nailed it!
I've been seeing Pop Art Makeup everywhere lately.
Love how this look (if done right) has a 3 dimensional effect.
If you're someone who doesn't quite have the skills or technique to venture out into
the more edgy looks, this cat look is right up your alley. Simple, adorable and quick!

Can't wait to start the Halloween festivities this weekend!

Half up Half down . . .

I've been so bored with my hair lately. I feel like it's so blah, mostly because my ends feel super dry and damaged due to the fact that I am in desperate need of a trim. In an effort to delay my hair cut as much as possible, I've been trying to get creative and find new ways to style it. Currently I'm loving the half up half down look. I love that it pays homage to one of my favorite old Hollywood starlets, Brigitte Bardot. I also love how versatile it can be, messy, formal, casual, curled or pin straight. Here's some of the looks I've been pinning on Pinterest for inspiration . . .

Blogger Crush . . . Lovely Pepa!

I will shamelessly admit that if left alone, I can probably spend hours and hours browsing through Fashion blogs. Lovely Pepa is probably one of the first blogs I completely fell head over heels for. Alexandra is the exotic beauty behind it. This girl is absolutely adorable, oh and as if her impeccable style wasn't enough she hails from Spain and has the coolest accent ever. Did I mention she named her blog after her precious french bulldog, Pepa! GAH . . . too much perfection!

I seriously had the hardest time picking out my favorite outfits, there's just so many. I apologize in advance for the image overload!

ZARA!

Currently lusting after all of these Zara pieces . . .

Mad About Plaid . . .

Currently wanting anything and everything plaid for the cooler Fall months. I became slightly obsessed with the trend after spotting images of Olivia wearing this Zara checked dress, (see the last image below) that amazing zipper detail...obsessed! Olivia and Zara seriously never dissapoint! Here are some of my favorite plaid looks currently pinned on my Fashion Pinterest board. Pay special attention to the first image below. Seriously, how incredible does Jules look in this chic little gray combo?  Love, Love, Love!

And this is the look that sparked my obsession for plaid!!!
